Atlas juggles multiple Pinot Noir clones with the experience of a seasoned carny.
A multi-clonal Pinot Noir. Individual parcels were vinified separately and blended a couple of months prior to bottling.
Bright, aromatic fruit with savoury spice born from parcels fermented with whole bunches. Soft, structured tannin and bright acidity with plush fruit and earthy notes on the palate.
