Tasting Notes: Our aromatic white blend is at its most generous this vintage, with lush tropical fruit, mangosteen and pineapple meeting zesty lime and citrus. A creamy, textural palate is kept lively by bright acidity and phenolic drive, finishing clean and fresh.

Winemaking: Direct pressed Pinot Gris (50%), Riesling (35%) and direct pressed Sauvignon Blanc (15%) were fermented separately and aged in a mixture of old puncheons and stainless steel before being blended in spring.
