Luna is the latest addition to the Jester family. While staying true to the classic you know, Luna is our take on the Kiwi favourite. By aging in both barrel and tank, we've created a unique and exciting expression of Nelson Sauvignon Blanc.

Tasting Notes: This wine showcases the classic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics in a subtle light. Passionfruit, blackcurrant and tropical fruits sit beside a herbal, nutty edge. This Sauvignon is a textural example with weight, tension, phenolic drive and a big burst of flavour.

Winemaking: Direct pressed Sauvignon Blanc aged in a mixture of old puncheons and barriques for 4 months before being blended and aged for 7 months in a stainless steel tank.
