Life's A Beach
Skin-fermented Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer aged in a mixture of old puncheon barrels and stainless steel tanks.

A medium bodied orange wine. Gentle, mouthwatering phenolics wrapped around a hint of rockmelon, mandarin, rhubarb and rose water. A great introduction to Orange wine. 

Life on Mars
Direct pressed Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. Fermented separately and then aged in a mixture of old puncheon barrels and stainless steel tanks.

An aromatic white blend showcasing vibrant tropical and citrus notes with a burst of mangosteen, pineapple and ginger. Textural mouth-feel with a bright line of acidity and phenolic drive, cleansing the palate and keeping it fresh.

La De Da 
A blend of separately fermented and aged Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer, combining carbonic maceration, skin fermentation, and stainless steel and puncheon aging for layered depth

A bridge between a heavier rose and a light red. La De Da has been made for the warmer months and we think it's best served chilled.

Jurassic 
We recommend drinking this slightly chilled.
A blend of Pinot Noir, Merlot and Gewürztraminer. The Fruit was de-stemmed and fermented on skins for 5-7 days and aged in a mixture of old
puncheons and stainless steel.

A Medium bodied red showing bright plum, cherry and bubble gum with a savoury tomato stalk and clove spice. Soft, fleshy and luscious with supple tannin.
