Life on Mars - Direct pressed Pinot Gris (66%), direct pressed Sauvignon Blanc (21%) and direct pressed Riesling (13%) were fermented separately and aged in a mixture of old puncheons and stainless steel before being blended.

An aromatic white blend showcasing vibrant tropical and citrus notes with a burst of mangosteen, pineapple and ginger. Textural mouth-feel with a bright line of acidity and phenolic drive, cleansing the palate and keeping it fresh.

Life's A Beach - Skin-fermented Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer aged in a mixture of old puncheon barrels and stainless steel tanks.

A medium bodied orange wine. Gentle, mouthwatering phenolics wrapped around a hint of rockmelon, mandarin, rhubarb and rose water. A great introduction to Orange wine. 

La De Da - A blend of separately fermented and aged Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer, combining carbonic maceration, skin fermentation, and stainless steel and puncheon aging for layered depth

A bridge between a heavier rose and a light red. La De Da has been made for the warmer months and we think it's best served chilled.

Jurassic - 60% Pinot Noir (multi-clonal) and 40% Pinot Gris that has been aged in 5 year old puncheons for 6 months. Dry red fruits sit alongside soft tannin rounding out an everyday red designed for pizza and laughs.
