Tasting Notes: Nectarine, apricot and cream lead the way, framed by light oak and hints of fennel and shortbread. The palate is mouth-filling and juicy, with crunchy apple layered over ripe stone fruit. Bright acidity and a gentle phenolic grip keep it moving to a fresh, textured and seriously moreish finish.

Winemaking: Direct pressed Chardonnay aged in a mixture of old puncheons and barriques before blending.
